Apex Storage is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Below are the answers to many frequently asked questions (FAQ). 

What is the minimum contract obligation?

We offer month-to-month leases; we only ask for 10 day advanced notice in writing to cancel your service.

When and how can I arrange to access my storage space?

In an effort to keep our costs down, we request that you contact us 1 or 2 days in advance to arrange for a time to come to access your storage space.

How much advanced notice must be given before cancelling my service with Apex Storage?

We require 10 days advanced written notice to end your engagement with Apex Storage. Full details are provided when  you begin service with Apex.

How are payments made?

Payments can be processed  in person or by mail.  

What size storage spaces do you offer?

Currently we offer 5 x 5′ and 5 x 10′ spaces but larger sizes can also be arranged.

How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

Visit our Storage Units page where we give indications about storage capacity of each of our spaces. If you have more questions, we can help you determine the right size to store all your belongs. Just give us a brief description of objects to be stored, and we will help you determine how much space is needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

To keep costs to a minimum, Apex Storage does not accept credit card payments.  Payment is accepted  by personal checks or cash.
